Are your leashes and harnesses suitable for active walks in mud and water?
Yes, absolutely! I handcraft all ObiDog leashes, collars, and EasyFit harnesses in my workshop in Latvia using waterproof and highly durable materials (like Hexa). As a dog trainer, I test all the gear in real, everyday conditions. It doesn't absorb moisture and is extremely easy to clean—just rinse it under the tap after a muddy walk, and it’s ready for your next adventure.
Do you ship worldwide, and do you deliver to my country?
Yes! I ship my handcrafted gear to dogs and their owners almost anywhere in the world (the only exceptions being Russia and Belarus). I make every leash and harness in my Latvian workshop, carefully pack them, and hand them over to reliable couriers. So go ahead and place your order—my gear will reach you, no matter where in the world your adventures take you!
How fast will I receive my order, and can I exchange it if the size is wrong?
Since I don't mass-produce and most of the gear is carefully handcrafted, I usually prepare and dispatch orders within a few days. I offer free shipping within Latvia for purchases over €60. If you try the harness or collar on at home and realize the size isn't quite right, don't worry—you can easily return or exchange the item within 14 days.
Is it possible to order gear in other colors or customize it to my dog's exact measurements?
Yes, of course! Since I make every leash, harness, and collar in my own workshop, I'm not limited to standard warehouse stock. If your dog has a unique body shape and needs custom sizing, or if you simply want a leash in a completely different color combination, feel free to message me via email or social media. We can discuss your needs, and I’ll craft a special, perfectly fitting solution just for your furry friend!
