Its design follows canine anatomy, so it never restricts movement or upsets balance. Your dog moves freely while you stroll in peace, knowing everything sits just right. Lightweight webbing, soft edges and carefully stitched seams let the harness mould to the body instead of the other way round.

And then there’s a detail you’ll rarely find elsewhere—reflective strips sewn in with precision. Not stickers or dangling add-ons, but integrated, so they stay put even after a hundred muddy adventures. Safety when dusk falls sooner than expected.

Biothane is purpose-made for animal gear—durable, waterproof, dirt-repellent and easy on the eye. Choose from three timeless colours—black, brown or khaki—and pair them with a matching lead or collar.

And yes, they’re not made somewhere far away. Each one is cut, stitched and checked in our little workshop in Latvia, with patience, know-how and a genuine love for dogs.

Biothane — Technology That Works

Vegan and hypoallergenic — nothing animal-derived, nothing irritating, so it’s safe even for sensitive dogs. Biothane is a patented coated webbing created by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp., originally engineered specifically for animal gear. The company’s philosophy is simple: offer a modern, hygienic and long-lasting alternative to leather that never forces people or their dogs to adjust to the weather. A tough polyester core is hermetically sealed in a TPU or PVC layer, making the material completely waterproof and effortless to maintain.

Biothane Care

Care — a simple three-step routine

After an ordinary walk, simply rinse the harness with clean water and wipe it dry. Biothane doesn’t absorb moisture and is ready for the next outing in moments.

If the harness has picked up mud or sand, add a drop of mild dish soap, brush lightly with a soft brush, rinse and dry.

For stubborn grime such as tar or resin, spray a small amount of WD-40, give it a moment to work, then wash with a pleasantly scented dish soap, rinse thoroughly and dry.

No washing machines, hot water or special balms needed — keeping Biothane clean is really that easy!
