Risk-Free Returns: 14 Days to Confirm Quality
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. Therefore, we offer you the right of withdrawal (the right to return) within 14 days from the moment of receiving the product.
Return Conditions:
- Deadline: Returns must be initiated within 14 days after receiving the product.
- Condition: The product must be unused and clean.
How to Make a Return:
- Contact: Please fill out the return form in your customer profile (which is created after placing the order) or send an email to info@obidog.lv. Provide the order number and the reason for the return.
- Shipping: The product can be returned in two ways:
- Via Parcel Locker (Omniva or DPD): You can send the item to the Domina parcel locker (Omniva or DPD). Please use the recipient phone number: +371 29460199.
- In Person: You can bring the product to our store/workshop, but you must first agree on a specific time by calling +371 29460199.
Costs: Return and delivery costs are covered by the customer (excluding warranty cases).
Important Exceptions (Customized Products)
Returns are not available for products that have been custom-made specifically for your order—for example, custom sizing, embroidered names, or unique colour combinations.
Damage or Warranty (We will take care of it!)
If the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect or damage related to the warranty, we cover the delivery costs. In such cases, please include a description of the problem.
